- The Naval EOD Technology Division has a requirement for the procurement to replace programmable logic controls on 4 remote controlled Mill/Drill machines and replace spindle drive of the 15" lathe. This is a sole source requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1). Diehl Company Inc., 15 East Deep Run Road, Westminister, MD 21158. Note: The offeror will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration Database.
