- Provide a floating plant described as one spud barge and push boat fully equipped with fuel, operator, crew and provision for collecting and lawful disposal of wastes. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded. This procurement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code for this procurement is 532490. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $7,000,000.00 million for the past (3) years. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 28, 2009. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Therefore, it is the bidders responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information.
