- *RECOVERY* SYNOPSIS Roadwork & Asphalt resurfacing This project is located at the Mansion of the Grey Towers National Historic Landmark, which is located in Milford, PA (old Owego Turnpike) Solicitation document AG-4419-S-09-0090 and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and available for downloading on or about September 15, 2009. This solicitation is establilshed as a HUBZone Set-Aside. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). A firm-fixed price award will result from this solicitation. Price range: Between $100,000 and $250,000
