- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), ATO Information Technology Office, Operations Applications Management Team, AJF-A44, proposes to acquire by single source acquisition, upgrade maintenance and software support for the FLEXX Automated Distribution Systems (ADS). This is a follow-on acquisition supporting the National Aeronautical Charting Office (NACO) Distribution Division. In accordance with (IAW) AMS Policy 3.2.2.4 the requirement will be acquired from the original source, Databyte Corporation, #28 3033 King George Highway, Surrey, British Columbia, V4P 1B8. Purpose of Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures. This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. All responses to this announcement must be directed to Terry J.
