- *RECOVERY* SYNOPSIS Storm Window and Door Purchase and Installation for Historic Structure. This project is located at the Mansion of the Grey Towers National Historic Landmark, which is located in Milford, PA (old Owego Turnpike) Solicitation document AG-4419-S-09-0089 and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and available for downloading on or about September 15, 2009. This solicitation is available for unrestricted competition. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). A firm-fixed price award will result from this solicitation. Price range: Between $25,000 and $100,000
