Description
DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Request for Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Solicitation Number W9127Q-09-T-0033 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 221310 size standard is $7.0 Million. This contract is for a Base Year with Four Option Years. CLIN 0001, Provide Bulk Water Support services to Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center at Camp Shelby, MS for a period of 12 month beginning 1 October 2009 through 30 September 2010. CLIN 0002 through 0005 will be for the Option Years for four years to begin 1 October 2010 through 30 September 2011. CLIN 0003 to begin 1 October 2011 through 30 September 2012. CLIN 0004 to begin 1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013. CLIN 0005 to begin 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014. Camp Shelby is located South of Hattiesburg, MS. See attached Performance Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) for full details of the Scope of Work. The Contractor will be paid based on the actual tanks/hours used per month.
