- The Request for Proposal is now avaiable at the following website: https://www3.natick.army.mil/ On or about 26 August 2009, the Naval Health Research Center will issue a Request for Quotation which will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide supplied in support in-vitro (i.e., not taken internally) diagnostic substances, such as chemical, biological, or radioactive substances. The substances are used for diagnostic tests that are performed in test tubes, petri dishes, machines, and other diagnostic test-type devices. Detailed information regarding this requirement will be outlined in the Scope of Work in the Request for Quotation. This procurement is being solicited as Full and Open. The applicable NAICS Code is 325410 with a size standard of 500 employees.
