- This is not a request for either a quote or proposal. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the following upcoming requirement: purchase of four (4) double-wide office trailers and the relocation of one (1) double-wide office trailer for Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC. The contractor shall provide and install four (4) 24 feet by 50 feet trailers and relocate a Government provided 24 feet by 70 feet trailer. Work shall be completed no more than 90 days after award. The proposed contract is set aside 100% for HUBZone businesses. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 453930 the annual size standard is $13 million. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. The solicitation will be available on or around 4 September 2009. The estimated date for receipt of proposals is on or around 25 September 2009.
