- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91QV109R0066. TITLE: Design build exterior rehabilitation of historic buildings at Ft Belvoir, VA The purpose of this statement of work is to rehabilitate the exterior of two historic buildings located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, BLDG 216 and 258. All of the buildings covered by this RFP were constructed between 1928 and 1935 in the Colonial-Revival architectural style. The buildings are primarily of brick and concrete construction. The work covered by this RFP includes, but is not limited to, masonry repairs, roof repairs, painting, foundation water proofing and site improvements. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, and services to perform the rehabilitation efforts outlined in this RFP. This requirement is set aside for 8(a)only, and with the intent to select six (6)MICC BOA holders for competition. Performance and payment bonds are not required for design services. The North American Industry Classification code is 236220. Pre-proposal conference will be held on 10 September 2009. The order of magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Contract award will be issued as a Firm Fixed Price basis. The solicitation notice and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading at Army Single Face Industry (ASFI), Website http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. RFP is anticipated to be posted on or about 7 Sept 2009.
