- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CLARIFY THIS IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. THE RESPONSE DATE IS NOT CHANGED. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), has a requirement for development or further development of Lateral Flow Microarrays for plant pathogens. The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one year with three additional option years. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 19, 2009. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-09-0161, will be released on or about August 19, 2009 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site. NOTIFICATIONS WILL NOT BE SENT TO OFFEROR'S REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE SOLICITATION NOR ANY OF ITS AMENDMENTS. IT IS THE OFFEROR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THIS WEB SITE.
