- RECOVERY-EARTHQUAKE SEISMIC EQUIPMENT In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the "Act"), Public Law 111-5, this notice is provided for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. To correct an inadvertent error, the Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), has awarded a modification to delivery order #G09PD01543 under Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract number G09PC00087 awarded to Kinemetrics, Inc. of 222 Vista Ave., Pasadena, CA for Earthquake Seismic Equipment. This modification does not change the Period of Performance of ninety (90) days or Place of Performance in Pasadena, CA. The dollar value of this administrative modification is $1,377.00 increasing the total delivery order price from $759,356.20 to $760,733.20 Full or partial funding for requirements to be completed by the contractor will utilize funds provided by the Act. Inclusion of unique provisions required to implement the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements, is required. (ATN # ARRA-SE0010.2M, TAS 14 0803)
