- This requirement combines two projects at the San Xavier Indian Health Center in Tucson, Arizona for landscaping requirements and construction of Ramadas. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Tucson Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Tucson, Arizona. The landscaping includes the requirement to remove and replace approximately 60,000 square feet of existing grass and other high water usage plants with water conserving sustainable xeriscape. The existing landscaping shall be removed and disposed of off-site. Under a second separate project the Contractor shall construct Ramadas. The scope of work for this project is to construct two Ramadas on the grounds of the San Xavier Indian Health Center. One Ramada will be deemed a Public Ramada and will be a minimum of 20'x 30' and consist of the structure, concrete slab and 30' x 4' sidewalk. The second Ramada will be deemed the Patient Ramada and will be 16' x 8'. This Ramada will include a concrete slab with dimensions of 16' x 12'. The contractor shall propose and submit suitable structures for approval prior to commencing work. Colors, exact locations and materials will be selected by the owner. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $100,000 and $250,000. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE LANDSCAPING PORTION OF THE WORK.
