Description

The Scope of Work includes the renovation of the main entrance and waiting area of the Sells Indian Hospital at Sells, Arizona. The renovation area is within the existing hospital. The physical site will not be changed. Portions of the existing entrance and waiting room will be demolished and approximately 2000 square feet of space will be renovated to provide a more welcoming and less crowded environment for incoming patients. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Tucson Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Tucson, Arizona. The magnitude of this construction requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL BE ISSUED. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER AN EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT. THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND REQUIRED BECAUSE FUNDING PROVIDED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009 WILL BE USED FOR THE WORK.
