- SUN MICROSYSTEM HARDWARE PRODUCTS LIST This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for acquisition of Sun Microsystem hardware in accordance with the attached Products List. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS Code 423430. Only Certified Sun Microsystem Federal Government Resellers may submit a quotation which will be considered. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-31 Tech Amend, Effective: 14 May 2009 & Class Deviation 2005-o0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2008-0318. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. All respondent offerors must be registered in www.ccr.gov in order to be eligible for contract award. All qualified sources interested in this requirement should submit quotes along with CAGE Code and Point of Contact information to: Larry E.
