- Description
- The Scope of Work requires replacement of interior waterlines and associated work in the Sells Indian Hospital at Sells, Arizona. This requirement is for a proposal leading to issuance of a delivery order under a competitively awarded Job Order Contract (JOC) for the Tucson Area Indian Health Service. The contractor is Centennial Contractors Enterprises with a field office in Tucson, Arizona. The Scope of Work includes replacing and relocating existing above-ceiling galvanized water (cold, hot and hot water return) lines throughout the Sells Indian Hospital. The scope of work includes all material, labor and equipment to install new copper lines and relocate them from running above-ceiling over offices and exam rooms to running them above-ceiling in the hallways and tying into existing lines and new lines (installed by others). The Scope of Work also requires the installation of water shut off valves in hallways to rooms and zone valves on main lines, replacement of the existing suspended ceiling system in hallways, and tying of existing communication and other cable lines up off of suspended ceilings. The magnitude of this construction project is between $500,000 and $1 million. This requirement was previously posted as an informational Presolicitation Notice under Number IHS1065307 on August 20, 2009. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED TO THE PUBLIC. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED BY ISSUANCE OF A DELIVERY ORDER UNDER EXISTING IDIQ CONTRACT HHSI161200900005I.
