- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00244-09-T-0634. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-36 and DFARS Change Notice 20090729. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334513 and the Small Business Standard is 500 employees. The proposed contract action is for a brand name only. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), the required documentation is attached. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Seal Beach Division, requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following Fluke Electronics, Hart Scientific Division brand name and model number products: CLIN 0001, 1 EACH, Model 7040Bath, Low Temp Calibration, -40 C, 25 L 110V 60Hz CLIN 0002, 1 EACH, Model 2016-7040 Adapter, Fluid Level - Bath Access 110V 60Hz CLIN 0003, 2 EACH, Model 2050Clamp Kit, EconomyCLIN 0004, 8 EACH, Model 5010-3.8L Fluid, Silicone Oil 200.05, 3.8 L (1 US Gal)CLIN 0005, 1 EACH, Model 6020Bath, Mid-Range Oil, 300 C, 25 L 110V 50/60Hz CLIN 0006, 1 EACH, Model 2016-6020 Adapter, Fluid Level - Bath Access 110V 50/60Hz CLIN 0007, 8 EACH, Model 5017-3.8L Fluid, Silicone Oil 710, 3.8 L (1 US Gal) Delivery is required within 180 days after date of award, FOB Destination Seal Beach, CA. All prospective offerors are cautioned that in the event the Government is unable to determine price reasonableness based upon the offers received and market analysis, the Government will not issue a contract. This decision is solely the decision and the right of the Government.
