- Statement of Work for fertilization and pest control applications’ services to Eglin AFB sports fields; base year and four one-year option periods, beginning 1 October 2009. Armed Forces Pest Management Board (AFPMB) Standard Pesticides List Available to DOD Components and Agencies The 96 Contracting Squadron, 96 CONS/PKBA at Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract, base year and four one-year option periods, beginning 1 October 2009 and subject to the availability of funds, for fertilization and pest control applications' services to Eglin AFB sports fields. This requirement shall be set-aside 100% for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F1TTAS9218AQ01. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561730, with a small business size standard of $7.0M. Please identify/confirm your business size in your response based upon this standard. SEE the attached Statement of Work for annual requirements and a list of chemicals approved for use by Government environmental standards. This service must be provided to: 96 FSS/FSVS, Eglin Fitness Center, 404 Wicker Circle, Bldg 810, Eglin AFB, FL 32542.
