- MONTANA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD W9124V-09-T-4019 Request For Quote for 25K Cargo Hook For CH-47 Helicopter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336413 and the size standard is less than 1,000 employees. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. Quotes shall propose a firm fixed for all parts listed below subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. All quotes should be FOB destination to Fort Harrison, Montana, 59636. Synopsis: The Montana Army National Guard (MTARNG) anticipates purchasing a 25,000 POUND REMOTE CARGO HOOK with remote control, brand name or equivalent to Precision Lifts items ELLSYSWL25-150 and HCELL-47, which is capable of the following functions: 1. 25,000 pound lift capacity cargo hook and sling set. 2. Hook must be attached to the end of a 100 foot (minimum length) sling leg and have the capability of being remotely operated. 3. Electrical connection compatible with aircraft 28V DC through cannon plug connector. 4. Must include hand-operated remote control to operate the hook. Proposers shall provide a firm fixed price for above items delivered FOB installation to Fort Harrison, Montana, 59636. The provision of 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (April 2002) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3 Alt I clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items (January 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price and Technical Capability. If products from offerors are found to be technically equivalent, price will be the determining factor.
