- MONTANA ARMY NATIONAL GUARD W9124V-09-T-4013 REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR Hot Water Pressure Washers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This request is a one hundred percent set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 333911 and the size standard is less than 500 employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, Effective 1 June 2008 & Class Deviation 2005-00001. This procurement is set aside for small businesses, but if no small businesses submit quotes in the competitive range the award may be made to an other than small business. Quotes shall propose a firm fixed price per item subject to the terms and conditions of this entire synopsis/solicitation. All quotes should be FOB destination to Fort Harrison, Montana, 59636, except for the four 1412SS Natural Gas Power Washers requiring installation, which shall be FOB destination to their respective armories (Kalispell, Billings, Missoula, and Chinook, Montana). Other brands of equivalent quality are acceptable. The provision of 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (April 2002) applies to this RFQ. 52.212-3 Alt I clause needs to be completed and a signed copy of this provision shall be submitted with any offer. 52.212-2, Evaluation-- Commercial Items (January 1999). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
