Description
ADDENDUM ITEMS FOR THE THREE HOUSES The following is made part of the Plans and Specifications. 1.Refer to revised grades on the attached Revised Grading Plan for Bldg. 2602, SK-1. 2.Refer to the attached sketch SK-2 for the handicap ramp sections and SK-3 for the concrete stair section. 3.Wood trusses are to be designed by a professional engineer registered in the state of Mississippi. The general layout is shown on the roof framing plans. The living areas are to be cathedral ceilings and are intended to be stick framed (SF). Opposite the living rooms are half trusses (T3). The remainder of the house has full trusses (T1, T2, T4, etc.) The gabled projections are stick framed (SF). Bldg 2602s Bedroom 2 is to have trusses towards the exterior of the beam shown in Detail 1D/A109. 4.The kitchen appliances are NOT in this contract. Rough-in for dishwasher and range as shown. 5.The disappearing attic stairs shall be equal to a wooden, 350 lbs. capacity Model WH2208 as manufactured by Werner. 6.The window specification section was not provided. The windows on the three houses shall be equal to AAMA LC 50 aluminum single hung window with half screens. The window sizes as shown on Sheets A101, A102, and A103for the various locations are: a.All double windows shown on the floor plan shall be window elevation C. b.All single windows shown in the living rooms on the floor plans shall be window elevation B. c.All single windows shown in the kitchens on the floor plans shall be window elevation A. 7.Change window elevation A width to be 3-0 for all three houses. 8.Delete the window shown on the East Elevation for the bedroom area on Sheet A105. 9.Clarification on Detail 5D on sheets S101, S102, and S103. The 2-8 foundation wall height is a minimum height. The top of the footing shall be a minimum of 12 below grade. 10.The 4 spray foam insulation shown on the wall sections to a minimum of 5.25. The intent is to achieve a minimum R19. The application shall be on the bottom of the roof deck and on gable ends down to the ICF wall system for a complete insulation envelope. This is an unvented attic condition. All possible air infiltration to the attic must be sealed. The spray foam insulation shall be equal to the LD-R-50 product as manufactured by ICYNENE, Inc. 11.Change the shingle roofs to standing seam metal roofs. Refer to the attached details SK-4 and SK-5. 12.Door number 121A on Sheet A102 is not included in the Door Schedule. Door 121A shall be the same as is scheduled for Door 118A. 13.Change the door sizes on the Door Schedule on Sheet A103 as follows: a.Door 107A shall be 2-6 X 6-8. b.Door 107B shall be 2-4 X 6-8. c.Door 107C shall be 2-6 X 6-8. 14.
