Description
Instructions to Quoters, Statement of Work, Study Fleet Vehicle Applicatio, Clauses The Department of Commerce National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries, has a requirement for the purchase of services to secure a vessel to participate in priority research project relative to Northeast and Mid-Atlantic fisheries. The research topics relate to enhanced stock monitoring supporting the management transition to Allowable Catch Limits and sectors through the use of electronic reporting technology, and Study fleets for a variety of fisheries. Quotes are sought from vessels under 90 feet in length operating out of the port of New Bedford, Massachusetts. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order for this requirement. The applicable NAICS code is 483114. The size standard is 500 employees. All applicable awards shall be in compliance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12). CAR Clause 1352.239-73 Security Processing Requirements for Contractors/Subcontractor personnel for accessing DOC Information Technology Systems (JUN 2006) will apply. In order to comply with the debt collection improvement act of 1966, all contractors must be registered in CCR. Contact the CCR website at www.ccr.gov/index.cfm.
