Description

RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED THE IDIQ CONTRACT. The Directorate of Contracting intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract, Contract Number W91248-08-D-0001 with Rogers Group, Inc, Hopkinsville, KY 42241. The requirement is for Contractor to remove landing gear tire rubber from runway. Remove striping and marking. Replace centerline striping, side stripes, fixed distance markings, touchdown markers, threshold markings, designation markings, and blastpad markings in accordance with UFC 3-260-05A 16 January 2004. Approximate quantities are 174,652 square feet of new marking application, 18,520 square feet of marking removal, and 46,667 square yards of rubber removal from runway. The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
