- *****AMENDMENT 1***** An amendment to this solicitation has been issued on 19 August 2009. This amendment is to change the description of Services in the Acquisition Description from "Industrial" to "Industrial Mechanical." This is to further clarify the services being solicited to potential offerors. Please see the above Acquisition Description for changes, and contact the page manager with any questions. *****Amendment 2***** An Amendment has been issued for this solicitation. The purpose of this Amendment is to add information to the Acquisition Description to clarify the submission requirements for this solicitation. In accordance with the Evaluation Factors listed in the Acquisition Description, the only required submission is a Standard Form 330. Rates and prices are not required to be included in this submission. Rate and Price negotiations will only be entered with the most qualified firm as determined by the SF 330 process. Please reference the evaluation factors listed in the Acquisition Description for details on how submissions will be evaluated and notice that price is not included as a factor. *****AMENDMENT 3***** An Amendment has been issued for this Solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to correct a typo in the Acquisition Description. The sentence "The Government reserves the right to make multiple selection of firms, with the intent to select at least one but up to two primarily civil multi-discipline firms specializing in civil design." Has been changed to read "The Government reserves the right to make multiple selection of firms, with the intent to select at least one but up to two primarily industrial mechanical multi-discipline firms specializing in industrial mechanical design."
