Description

Draft Base Access Letter Draft License Agreement Draft Franchise Agreement Solicitation 1449 Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. This acquisition is unrestricted; the NAICS code is 515210 and the small business size standard is $15 million. The acquisition is as follows: The Contractor shall construct, install, operate, and maintain a cable television system on the Base in accordance with the terms and standards set forth in the Franchise Agreement. The cable system shall pass all residences and shall be capable of providing service to all residences on the Base and any other buildings set forth in the Franchise Agreement or designated by the Contracting Officer. The applicable provisions and clauses can be found in the attached SF 1449.
