- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) located in Washington, DC has a requirement for the acquisition of McAfee Total Protection System in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The FAA anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price type purchase order. All quotes are due by 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on Friday, September 11th, 2009. Quotes shall be submitted by e-mail at chrissy.roylance@faa.gov. Please reference RFQ DTFAWA-09-R-06226. The evaluation criteria for the offers will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of proposals. Therefore any cost associated with the proposal submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. Prior to award of a purchase order, all contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration, www.ccr.gov. Vendors must not be included on the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
