- Description
- The Government seeks information on leasing approximately 26,000 rentable square feet of Class A or B office space with parking. This space will be located within a 15 mile radius of the George Bush International Airport Houston Texas 77032. The Government is looking to occupy the space on or before November 1, 2010. This notice will be open for 15 days. The term of the lease will be for 5 years with (1) 5-year renewal option on 90 day notice. Expression of interest should include the following: 1.Building name and address; contact person with phone number. 2.Name, address and phone number of the property owner if different from item 1 above 3.Rentable square feet offered and RSF rent rate 4.Method of measurement used to determine rentable square feet 5.Common Area Factor (s) 6.Standard TI offered. This is an existing Government lease with no renewal options which has to be advertised in accordance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations). The date and time for submission of Building information is Monday September 17, 2009, 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time. Information shall be in writing and referencing the Sources Sought number HSTS07-09-S-00188 and shall be sent to the attention of Ed Boyle, Contracting Officer: 200 West Parkway Drive, Suite 300, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Information will be accepted via fax or email provided they are received Monday August 17, 2009 by 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Faxed proposals may be sent to Ed Boyle @ (609) 813-3394. Emailed proposals may be emailed to: edward.boyle@dhs.gov CCR Requirement- Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
