- SOW Under the Authority of Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, The U.S. Census Bureau intends to contract with Sentier Research LLC, on a sole source basis to provide data product development/Income Historical Topcode Revisions- a project to improve the usefulness of the CPS ASEC public use files, per attached statement of work. The US Census Bureau believes Sentier Research, LLC's institutional knowledge, experience and skills related to this requirement make them uniquely qualified to complete the required services. The period of performance for this award will be from date of award through a period of one year. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested source must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Census Bureau's needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Lisa Safewright through email address lisa.r.safewright@census.gov. This notice is not to be considered a request for quotations or proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within 10 days of this synopsis, a contract will be issued to Sentier Research, LLC without further notice.
