- Descriptions and specs Descriptions and specs This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number W912LC-09-T-0049 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 442110 and small business size standard is $6.5 million. This requirement is for the purchase of furniture: see attachment specs 1-2 for descriptions. Delivery and install requirements: 90 days ARO, FOB Destination. This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A BRAND NAME CONTRACT using simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure WORK STATIONS by the Colorado Army National Guard. The Govt intends to award a brand name contract for above product to an authorized HAWORTH dealer. NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD BRAND NAME TO a HAWORTH dealer using the simplified acquisition procedures. Only one manufacture and no other manufacturers will satisfy the agency requirements to match existing HAWORTH furniture within the same room/area as preexisting HAWORTH furniture. There is a need for the furniture to be interchangeable for any future upcoming work center moves. This will allow for unit flexibility and maximum use of the furniture throughout the squadron. Delivery of the product and service will be not later than December 1, 2009. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement.
