Description: J--This proposed procurement is Set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 488390 with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. Furnish all labor, equipment and supplies necessary to provide various tasks associated with annual maintenance for the BD6 Debris Vessel Moored at the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District, Washington D. C. Pier, Washington, D. C. in strict accordance with the scope of work included in the request for quotations bid package. The period of performance shall be September 25, 2009 through 30 October 2009. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all registered plan holders. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. Contractors requests for this solicitation will be performed through ASFI. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Gloria.Frost@usace.army.mil. Bids can be submitted VIA MAIL (UPS) or EMAIL (only) to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Contracting Division, Simplified Acquisition Team, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201- 2530.
