Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The 355th Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek providers of replacement parts for a gearbox to a 600-hp Caterpiller engine powering a central chilled water plant. The gearbox is a product of Nuttall Gear, L.L.C, of Niagra Falls NY. NAICS is 333612, Speed Changer, Industrial High-Speed Drive, and Gear Manufacturing. The specific requirement is: 1 each, Low Speed Gear and Shaft Assembly; 1 each, High Speed Pinion Shaft; 2 each, Profile Keys; 4 each, Low Speed Bearings; 4 each, High Speed Bearings; Expedited Shipping. The Government has only Nuttall part numbers-no specifications for these items are available. All sources capable of providing these items are being sought.
