The VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHS) with facilities located in Las Vegas, NV intends to award a contract for an Outreach Clinic services to provide Primary Care and Mental Health Services needed for veterans in the Laughlin, Nevada and Bullhead City, Arizona communities. The location of the clinic shall be in Laughlin, Nevada or Bullhead City, Arizona. Contractor shall be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical and mental health care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization shall be made to VASNHS. Contract will include a base plus four option years. A Pre-Bid Conference will be scheduled for September 9, 2009 at 10:00 AM. Questions regarding this solicitation must be received via e-mail to Gayk.Dzhordzhalyan@va.gov by Close of Business (COB) September 8, 2009.
