- Brand Name Letter This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3519174AC02; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, effective date 11 August, 2009; Defense DCN 20090825, effective date 25 August, 2009; and AFAC 2009-0803 effective date 3 August 2009. Travis AFB intends to award a brand name purchase order for the following teleconferencing equipment: CLIN0001- CUVA-V2-24BUN CISCO Unified Video Advantage and VT camera #24 unit pack. Qty: 4 Each CLIN0002 - CUVA-V2 CISCO Unified Video Advantage Option and VT Camera INCLUDED. Qty: 96 Each CLIN0003 - CUVA-V2 CISCO Unified Video Advantage and VT Camera. Qty: 4 Each CLIN0004 - CON-SNT-CUVA24P SMARTNET 8X5XNBD CISCO Unified Video Advantage, VT camera #24 unit pack.
