- REMANUFACTURE F108 TURBINE CLEARANCE CONTROL VALVE (TCCV), SOL FA8121-09-R-0080, PR FD2030-09-07822. Buying Office: 448 SCMG/PKBB, TINKER AFB OK 73145-3015. Item 0001: NOUN - Remanufacture F108 TCC Valve; Input NSN 4810-01-139-2205PN, 4810-01-392-5278PN, 4810-01-460-3279PN; P/N 7061M31G01/G02/G03/G04/G05. Output NSN 4810-01-460-3279PN; P/N 7061M31G05. BEQ as follows: 54 EA Basic Year; 28 EA OPT I; 25 EA OPT II; 27 EA OPT III; 26 EA OPT IV. Applicable to the F108 Engine on the KC-135; Dest: Tinker Air Force Base, OK 73145. Item 0002: Over and Above. Item 0003: AFMC FORM 413 Depot Maintenance Production Report Required IAW DD Form 1423-1. Item 0004: CAV II/CAV AF Reporting required IAW DD Form 1423-1. Item 0005: Test Reporting required IAW DD Form 1423-1. Description: The TCCV Assembly controls the turbine blade tip to shroud clearance by supplying a combination of 5th stage bleed air and 9th stage bleed air from the compressor to the shroud segments in the turbine control. Delivery: Item 0001: 5 EA 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets; Item 0002: N/A; Item 0003: IAW DD Forms 1423; Item 0004: IAW DD Forms 1423; Item 0005: IAW DD Forms 1423. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. The approximate solicitation issue date is 18 SEP 09 and the estimated solicitation response date will be 16 OCT 09. The anticipated award date will be 6 NOV 09. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation through FedBizOpps at http://www.eps.gov/. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation that shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. Qualified sources for this requirement include: GE ENGINE SERVICES (Cage: 062W2), CFM INTERNATIONAL, INC.,(Cage: 58828), and WHITTAKER CONTROLS, INC., (Cage: 79318). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty five-days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
