- The US Army Medical Command, Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler AMC, Hawaii, intends to issue a sole source award to OSTEOMED LP, 3885 Arapaho Road, Addison, TX 75001-4314 to provide the following equipment:(1) One Oral Handpiece System, product number 67-14 Osteopower 2i Modular Surgical Handpiece System (2) Shipping Charges direct to Property Office, ATTN: Jim Klippert, 161B Krukowski Rd, Tripler AMC, HI 96819-1552. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated brand name OSTEOMED, 67-14 Osteopower 2i is invited to submit a written notification to PRCO within five (5) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firms ability to provide the stated brand name equipment. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist. Ms. Jadie Tom-Fukumoto at Jadie.TomFukumoto@us.army.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, PRCO will proceed with the sole source award.
