Description

The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to purchase a 2008 or newer Toyota Prius Hybrid, including manufacturer's standard warranty. The solicitation will only be available at the following web site: http://ideasec.nbc.gov. The solicitation will be issued O/A will close on 09/14/2009 at 4:00 PM (local time) unless amendments are issued. This acquisition is open to small business; the associated NAICS code is 441110 and the small business size standard is $28.5 million. The Product and Service Code is 2310. The government will award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offerors, conforming to the solicitation with the lower price. A written noticeof award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
