- This action has been awarded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. In compliance with this Act the Government posts this notice that award of Phase II of the Water Intrusion Repairs at the Sam M. Gibbons U.S. Courthouse in Tampa, FL was made by retaining the contractor, American Restoration, Inc., using other than full-and-open competition, as regulated in Part 6.3 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation System under Contract GS-04P-09-EX-C-0125, Water Intrusion Repairs and Roof Replacement at the Sam M. Gibbons U.S. Courthouse to American Restoration, Inc. in the amount of $12,632,860.00. Summary of Project Scope: The work to be performed is for the Design – and Installation of building envelope water intrusion repairs and roof replacement (Project # VFL01233) in the amount of $12,632,860.00. This project is located at the Sam M. Gibbons United States Federal Building and Courthouse; 801 North Florida Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33602.
