Description: This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to award a firm-fixed price task order for design services for the replacement of an HVAC system in the research facilities in El Reno, Oklahoma. The replacement of the HVAC system is to address deferred maintenance of the heating and air conditioning system. This task order will be issued against an existing contract that has already been competed under the Brooks Act and awarded as an Architect-Engineering Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity Contract. This opportunity is available only to the contractor under contract AG-3K15-C-07-0014. This task order will be awarded to McCall & Associates A.I.A. Architects, 8610 N New Braunfels, Suite 201, San Antonio, TX 78217.
