PR: IQC09222009016 Solicitation: SPM4A7-09-R-1376 NSN: 1680-01-148-8943 Item: Aircraft Seat Back Cushion, H-60 Estimated Annual Demand: 300 each Delivery Schedule: 74 DARO Solicitation issue date: September 21, 2009 Solicitation closing date: October 21, 2009 This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. It will acquire the supplies cited herein on a Full and Open Competition, After the Exclusion of Sources basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(1), available only from a small business. The FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are available and provided by the Government. There are two tests required for this item: a Contractor First Article Test and Government Fit Verification Test. Guaranteed minimum for the base year is 75 each, minimum order quantity 75 each, estimated annual demand is 300 each; maximum contract quantity for the base year is 600 each. Delivery: 74 days ARO. There is a Surge requirement for this solicitation. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) applies. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet bid board system (DIBBS) at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil, The DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes on Requests For Quotations (RFQs) for items of supply included in the DLA Business System Modernization (BSM) Program.  DIBBS also allows users to search and view Request For Proposals (RFPs), Invitations For Bid (IFBs), Awards and other procurement information related to BSM.
