Description: RECOVERY--This procurement is for Spray Foam Insulation, in support of The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, reference OSD ID Number 2028 - REPAIR MEDIUM CALIBER & MAJOR CALIBER BUILDINGS - INSULATE, REPLACE DOORS & WINDOWS AND INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY. Reference North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 326140. The Government intends to procure spray foam insulation, per the following characteristics: A two-component foam chemical set system. 2.0 LBS per CU FT. Closed-cell, spray-applied, rigid polyurethane. R-Value 6.26 per Inch. Seamless. Water-resistant. Self-adhesive. Component A shall be a single 55-Gallon Drum at 550 LBS. Total required quantity of Component A is 44 Drums. Component B shall be a single 55-Gallon Drum at 500 LBS. Total required quantity of Component B is also 44 Drums. Required delivery is 30 days after date of contract award. FOB Destination McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. This will be a firm fixed price contract. All contractors who provide goods or services to the Government shall be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR).
