Description
SOW attachments Statement of Work (SOW) for Fencing Install & drawings Solicitation for installation of chain-link fencing at Orange ANGS, CT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-09-T-0017, Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 332618; size standard is 500. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact. The Air National Guard requires the installation of chain-link fencing in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines to provide a secure perimeter around the upper and lower tactical sites. Fencing will tie into existing fence lines on each end and contain one personnel entry/exit gate with pin-code locks; two personnel exit-only gates with pin-code lock; one sliding vehicle access gate; and one double gate swing vehicle access gate. The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the installation of fencing and gates at Orange ANG Base, CT. This solicitation is a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Selection". All proposals will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its supplements DFAR and AFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration, 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database which can be accessed at the website http://www.ccr.gov or call Assistance Center toll free at 1-888-227-2423. Interested offerors are required to submit their representations and certifications on-line at http://orca.bpn.gov. You will need your DUNS number and CCR number in order to register to the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website.
