- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The California Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following items, or equal, for delivery to Long Beach, CA zip code 90813: (1) Work table, Advance Tabco Model no. MS-304, 48 in. long, to include (1) Mid mount and (1) TA-228 Mid mounting provision; (1) SCT-48 Pot Rack, table mounted, circular, 48 in. long includes AUR-48; (2 packages of 4) TA-89 Pot Hooks; (1) Gas Restaurant Range, Vulcan model no. G36C-6 six burner, for natural gas; (1) Ice maker, cube-style, Manitowoc Ice model no. SY-0504A with (1) B-570 ice bin; (1) Refrigerated Station, Vollrath Company LLC model no. 37065, 4 pan size; (1) Traditional Breath Guard no. 89272, single sided buffet, for use with Vollrath 4-pan server; (1) Hot food Station, Vollrath Company LLC model no. 37040 4 well Food Station; and (1) 89272 Traditional Breath Guard. Further, the CA Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following items, or equal, for delivery to Torrance, CA zip code 90501: (1) Refrigerated Station, Vollrath Company LLC model no.37065, 4-pan size; (1) Traditional breath guard no. 89272, single side; (1)Gas Restaurant Range, 24 in. Jade Range model no. JSR-4-22C, for natural gas use; and (1) Ice maker, Cube style, Manitowoc Ice model no. SY-0324A, with B-320 Ice Bin. Additionally, the CA Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following, or equal, for delivery to Seaside, CA zip code 93955: (1) Refrigerator, reach-in, Victory Refrigeration model no. VSR-3, stainless, three-section; and (1) Refrigerator, reach-in, Victory Refrigeration model no. VSR-2, two-section, stainless. Further, the CA Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following, or equal, for delivery to Madera, CA zip code 93638: (1) Refrigerator, reach-in, Victory Refrigeration model no. VSR-1, single section, stainless. Additionally, the CA Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following items, or equal, for delivery to Inglewood, CA zip code 90302: (1) Disposer, Salvajor Model no. 200-SA-MRSS, with (1) M2357 Rubber scrap ring, (1) LSA8 Disposer support leg, (1) SLE8SS Seismic leg plate, and (1) 980140 Mounting Bracket; (1) Refrigerator, reach-in, True Food Service Equipment, Inc. model no. T-49, two-section; (1) Freezer, reach-in, True Food Service Equipment Inc. model no. T-23F, one-section; (1) Pre-Rinse unit, T & S Brass Model no. B-0133-B, with (1) B-0230-K Installation Kit; (1) Dishwasher, door type, Hobart model no. AM15+Buildup, with (1)AM15-HTENGS natural gas heat; (10) Wire Shelving, Metro model no. 2454BR, Super Erecta shelf, 24 in. wide x 54 in. long, with (8) 74UP Super Erecta Post, and (4) 5M Super Erecta Stem swivel Castors, and (4) 5MB Super Erecta Stem castor, brake (foot operated), to make two shelving units with 5 shelves each. Further, the CA Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following for delivery to Camp Roberts, in San Miguel, CA zip code 93451: (6) Griddle, counter unit, natural gas, Vulcan model no. 936RX, with (6) Stand/C-36 Equipment stand, 37 in. wide x 24 in. high, 5 in. casters, and (6) Dormont 1675KIT48 Safety system moveable Gas Connector Kit; (10) Coffee Brewer Urn, Curtis Co., Wilbur model no. RU-300-35, natural gas twin station 3 gallon capacity; (4) Security Unit, Nexel model no. STS2460C, with (8) S2460C wire shelf; (4) Ice maker, cube style, Manitowoc Ice model no. SD-0322A, with (4) B-320 Ice Bins; (4) Electric Can Opener, Edlund model no. 203/115V, 2-speed. Quotes must include the cost of delivery to each location. Vendors will be allowed to quote for items equal to the name brands listed and described above. To be considered for award, offers of equal items including equal items of the brand name manufacturers must meet the salient physical, functional and performance characteristics specified. Vendors must clearly identify the item by brand name, if any, make or model number, and include descriptive literature such as illustrations, or a clear reference to previously furnished descriptive data or information available to the Contracting Officer. Vendors must also clearly describe any modifications the offeror plans to make in a product to make it conform to the solicitation requirements, and mark any descriptive material to clearly show the modifications. The Contracting Officer will evaluate equal items on the basis of information furnished by the offeror or identified in the offer and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer. Unless the offeror indicates in its offer that the item being offered is an equal item, the offeror shall provide the name brand item(s) specified in this notice. Manufacturer warranties for the items are to be offered with the purchase of the items. Quotes are to be for all items listed and described above; partial quotes will not be accepted. Simplified acquisition procedures will be used. All vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The following provisions are hereby incorporated into this solicitation: 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal, 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items.
