- Dyess AFB, Texas, intends to make a single award for the purchase of one information automation specialist, non-personal services contract, for the Medical Treatment Facility at Dyess AFB, TX. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract for a base year and four option years. The award will be made to the responsible contractor who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on evaluation factors stated in solicitation clause 52.212-2. The solicitation will be available on or about 9 September, 2009 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading insturctions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote to 325-696-4078 or submit your quote via email to kay.david@dyess.af.mil and to frank.gilbert@dyess.af.mil. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and the On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) database. Both databases are available at www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System code for this solicitation is 541519. The size standard for this NAICS code is $25M. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for small business.
