- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, in conjunction FAR 13, the United States Army Research, Development & Engineering Command (RDECOM) Contracting Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA 01760 5011, on behalf of the Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), intends to negotiate and award a contract on a sole source basis with means Engineering, Inc., 6155 CORTE DEL CEDRO, Calrsbad, CA 92011, to provide (1) Shock wave generator capable of reliably and accurately producing blast overpressures across a range of outputs from 2 to 150 peak psi, or 14kPa to 1.05MegaPascals. Nothing herein should be misconstrued as a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available.
