- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Request for quote(RFQ)H982300000065841.(iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-36. (iv) The NAICS code is 334119, the size standard is 1000 employees.(v) Provide a price for each of the following six CLINs.(vi) CLIN 0001: 7 each Refresh to M series NetVCR 2005 appliance, FE-4HDX, 2TB, 8GB ram, dual-core CPU for TAG IDs A0984032003, A0982032003, and A1129072003 (P/N NKN-HRMY9VW84UV983). Price is for Niksun Appliances which are being refreshed but whose support has lapsed. CLIN 0002: 7 each Refresh to M series NetDetector 2005 appliance, GEE-C-1FDX, 2TB, 8GB ram, dual-core CPU for TAG IDs A0973032003, A1135072003 and A1156072003.(P/N NKN-HRMY9DJ15GF734C2). Price is for Niksun Appliances which are being refreshed but whose support has lapsed. CLIN 0003: 14 each First year Platinum maintenance package (S/W Upgrades & Helpdesk) for M series 2TB appliance (P/N NKN-MY9SPPM1201Y). CLIN 0004: 14 each One year software support for NetReporter 2005 Software License for NetVCR (P/N NKN-9NZSP35J).CLIN 0005: 7 each One year software support for NetXperts 2005 Software License (26-75 licenses)(P/N NKN-9NZSP31J). CLIN 0006: 14 ea Reinstatement Fees (P/N NKN-REIF). Offerors should state whether or not government purchase card is accepted. (vii) Ship to multiple CONUS addresses: VA, AZ, OK and PA. Exact street addresses with organizations and POCs will be reflected at time of award. Delivery requested 15 Sept 2009 or as soon as possible. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition.
