Description
Question: Does the Prime have to be an A/E firm or is it acceptable for the Prime to have A/E registered/licensed subconsultants? Answer: The Prime contractor does not have to be licensed to practice architecture or engineering. In order to meet the requirements of this acquisition, subconsultants may be proposed as part of your team to support architecture or engineering tasks. These subconsultants must be licensed by law to practice the professions of architecture or engineering. Please provide all applicable licensing information available for the Prime and all subconsultants.
