Description

The Naval Medical Logistics Command intends to establish, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, an IDIQ contract with the National Chung Hsing University as the only source that can develop and evaluate prototype dengue point of care immunochrmatographic strip assays. National Chung Hsing University shall develop and evaluate prototype dengue point of care immunochrmatographic strip assays for Naval Medical Research Center in Silver Spring, MD. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541711 with a Small Business Size Standard of 500 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, parties interested in responding to this notice will need to submit technical data sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product. All capability statements received within by the due date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafied capability to fulfill the requirements. All inquiries must be in writing and may be emailed to thomas.hood@med.navy.mil.
