- This opportunity was available only to Management & Training Corporation under contract number DOLJ07SA00001. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps intended to award a contract modification in the amount of $22,575 to the Inland Empire Job Corps Center operated by Management & Training Corporation. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is intended to support various environmental "green" projects. The operator of the Inland Empire Job Corps Center will utilize the services of students enrolled in Job Corps' Career Technical Skills Training (CTST). The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceiling for CTST on this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification since the modification is to an existing cost plus incentive fee contract (cost-reimbursement contract).
