- NSN 1560-00-169-8703, PR: 0022859650. Item: Parts Kit, Fuel Tank, P/N: 14-52536-1. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: American Fuel Cell And Coated (Cage 05476) P/N FCD56984-1, Best - Foam Fabricators, Inc. (Cage 2V686) P/N 984-01, Northrop Grumman Systems (Cage 76823) P/N 14-52536-1. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however data rights are not owned by the government, data rights are uneconomical to purchase. Any manufacturer, other than : American Fuel Cell And Coated (Cage 05476) P/N FCD56984-1, Best - Foam Fabricators, Inc. (Cage 2V686) P/N 984-01, Northrop Grumman Systems (Cage 76823) P/N 14-52536-1, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 217 each. This item is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control and Export Control. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be September 23, 2009 with a closing date of October 23, 2009.
