- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS Code is 441229 and the small business standard is 7 million. The Government has a requirement for a Truck Semi with Wet Kit: GVWR: 52,000, Engine: MIN 475 HP 1700 Lb. Torque @ 1000 RPM; Dual Element Air Cleaner, 10 speed manual transmission with overdrive, air shift and internal lube pump, 140,000 GCWR, front axle wide track I beam type 12,000 lb capacity, rear axle tandem single reduction standard width 46,000 lb capacity with driver controlled locking differential in forward rear and rear- rear axle, differentials switch controls two independent switches for control traction differentials on tandem rear axles mounted on dash, suspension rear air tandem 46,000 lb capacity 9.5 inch ride height ride height with shock absorbers, suspension air control leveling valve pressure release control in cab, fuel tank aluminum 100 gal capacity, air brakes with anti lock braking system and air dryer, front tires 11R22.5, rear tires 11R22.5 16 ply on/off road tread, conventional cab, am/fm radio with dual cone speakers, air suspension high back driver seat, non suspension high back passenger seat, fifth wheel air slide 24 inch slide cast top plate 6.75 inches above top of frame left side release, wet line kit for lowboy trailer tank 50 gal vertical steel, pressure line for lowboy trailer, 35 gpm pump direct mount, 2 gear air shift PTO, air/air controls.
