Description
Procurement of a fully functioning rough terrain style hydraulically operated, pneumatic tired crane with a design rated capacity of between ninety (90) and one hundred (100) ton, of a current production and manufacture. Modification of a lower rated crane to meet the specification and requirements is unacceptable and will be rejected. The crane must comply with all current and in effect ANSI, OSHA, SAE, and Corps of Engineers published for operation and safety requirements. Delivery will be to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Mifflin Distribution Center, 6400 Hog Island Road, Philadelphia, PA. 19153. Crane shall be fully assembled, tested, and ready for utilization by supplier or his authorized representatives at delivery point. An authorized dealer and repair facility must be available within a forty (40) mile radius of Fort Mifflin, Philadelphia, PA. Dealer must offer and have available 24/7 emergency repairs and parts availability. Machine being provided must be compatible or exceed in all aspects to the Grove model RT890E crane. The unit shall be of a domestic manufacture and assembly. Being offered for a trade in credit will be a Sixty (60) ton (U.S.) rated capacity Grove Model TMS 760, 8 X 4, hydraulic operated mobile crane.
